Here’s what I want you to know…you're already doing more than you think!
Your role isn't to be a physical therapist, and this resource isn't meant to be a DIY guide to physical therapy at home. Your role is to bond and connect with your baby, create safe spaces for them to move and explore, create opportunities for movement, and observe and marvel at how development is unfolding. That’s it!
If you're giving your baby regular floor time, you're doing enough. If you're interacting with your baby daily, you're doing enough. If you're varying their position throughout the day, you're doing enough.
Some days will be better than others. That's completely normal. Development doesn't require perfection on your part.
